    2. Nasabah yang menyampaikan Pengaduan dengan datang langsung ke kantor, kami siap membantu dan menjelaskan prosedur pengaduan nasabah sebagaimana di atur dalam prosedur Operasional Standar Perusahaan.
    3. Nasabah dapat pula menyampaikan pengaduan melalui email: pengaduan@genesis.co.id
    4. Tata cara pengaduan dilakukan dengan pendaftaran / registrasi pada link: pengaduan.bappebti.go.id
    5. Nasabah wajib membuat akun pengaduan terlebih dahulu dengan melakukan pengisian data dan informasi pribadi.
    6. Pada saat mengunggah registrasi pengaduan, nasabah wajib menyiapkan dokumen-dokumen paling sedikit:

    • Identitas diri.
    • Uraian pengaduan secara jelas.
    • Bukti Transfer nasabah.
    • Surat kuasa sah bermaterai (apabila dikuasakan)
