PALN Regulatory Framework
Under the Indonesian regulatory framework governing PALN, Indonesian brokerage firms are permitted to facilitate client access to international derivatives markets through approved overseas counterparties.
These arrangements are subject to regulatory oversight and must comply with the applicable requirements established by the Indonesian derivatives trading ecosystem, including the Jakarta Futures Exchange and the clearing institution Kliring Berjangka Indonesia (Persero).
Licensed International Counterparties
In accordance with PALN regulations, we maintain strategic partnerships with Singapore-licensed brokerage institutions that act as approved international counterparties. These partners operate under the supervision of the Monetary Authority of Singapore and hold the necessary Capital Markets Services (CMS) licences to conduct derivatives brokerage activities.
The counterparties have been formally approved under the PALN framework and have established operational relationships with both the Jakarta Futures Exchange and Kliring Berjangka Indonesia (Persero).
