- For customer complaints, they can contact the Compliance Division related to the complaint or request information related to the customer handling process through the Hotline: (+62)21-50217216
- Customers who submit complaints by coming directly to the office, we are ready to help and explain the customer complaint procedures as regulated in the Company's Standard Operating procedures.
- Customers can also submit complaints via email: pengaduan@genesis.co.id
- The procedure for complaints is carried out by registering / registering at the link: pengaduan.bappebti.go.id
- The Customer is required to create a complaint account first by filling in personal data and information.
- When uploading a complaint registration, the customer is required to prepare at least documents:
- Self Identity.
- A clear description of the complaint.
- Proof of customer transfer.
- Valid power of attorney with a stamp (if authorized).
