Kami adalah Pialang Berjangka anggota Bursa Berjangka Jakarta dan Kliring Berjangka Indonesia (Persero) yang diawasi oleh Badan Pengawas Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi Indonesia (BAPPEBTI) .PT. Genesis Gemilang Futures menyediakan fasilitas perdagangan online untuk Mata Uang Asing (Forex), Emas, dan Single Stock CFD.


Kami membangun komunitas perdagangan bagi investor dengan Social Trading Platform, dimana anda dapat berinteraksi dengan investor lain dan berbagi informasi, sementara juga berkolaborasi dalam perdagangan dari mana saja di dunia dengan cepat dan mudah selama Anda memiliki internet dan Akun Perdagangan di kami!


Seluruh dana investor kami disetorkan di rekening bank terpisah (segregated bank account) di bank-bank terbesar di Indonesia serta seluruh transaksi yang dilakukan oleh investor dilakukan penyelesaian transaksi (trade settlement) dan penjaminannya oleh Kliring Berjangka Indonesia (Persero) sebagai Badan Usaha Milik Negara Republik Indonesia yang bidang usahanya adalah Kliring & Penjaminan Transaksi.


We are a Futures Broker member of the Jakarta Futures Exchange and Kliring Berjangka Indonesia (Persero) and regulated by Badan Pengawas Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi Indonesia (BAPPEBTI). PT. Genesis Gemilang Futures provides online trading facilities for Foreign Currencies (Forex) through PALN (Penyaluran Amanah Luar Negeri) mechanism to SGX (Singapore Exchange).


We build a community for Clients where you can interact and share information, while also collaborating from anywhere in the world quickly and easily as long as you have an internet and Trading Account with us!


All of our Clients funds are deposited in segregated bank account at the largest banks in Indonesia and all transactions made by Clients are settled and guaranteed by the Kliring Berjangka Indonesia, a Government owned company which act as Custody and Clearing House.

    1. For customer complaints, they can contact the Compliance Division related to the complaint or request information related to the customer handling process through the Hotline: (+62)21-50217216
    2. Customers who submit complaints by coming directly to the office, we are ready to help and explain the customer complaint procedures as regulated in the Company's Standard Operating procedures.
    3. Customers can also submit complaints via email: pengaduan@genesis.co.id
    4. The procedure for complaints is carried out by registering / registering at the link: pengaduan.bappebti.go.id
    5. The Customer is required to create a complaint account first by filling in personal data and information.
    6. When uploading a complaint registration, the customer is required to prepare at least documents:
    • Self Identity.
    • A clear description of the complaint.
    • Proof of customer transfer.
    • Valid power of attorney with a stamp (if authorized).
