    1. For customer complaints, please contact the Compliance Division related to the complaint made or request information related to the customer handling process through the Hotline: (+62)21-50217216
    2. Customers who submit complaints by coming directly to the office, we are ready to help and explain the customer complaint procedures as regulated in the Company's Standard Operating procedures.
    3. Customers can also submit complaints via email: pengaduan@genesis.co.id
    4. The procedure for complaints is carried out by registration / registration at link: pengaduan.bappebti.go.id
    5. The Customer is required to create a complaint account first by filling in personal data and information.
    6. When uploading a complaint registration, the customer is required to prepare at least documents.:
    • Self-identity.
    • Clear description of the complaint.
    • Proof of Customer Transfer.
    • Valid power of attorney with a stamp (if authorized)
