3. Office Visit: You are welcome to visit our office in person, where our team will guide you through our company's Standard Operating Procedure to address your concerns effectively.
4. Online Submission to BAPPEBTI: If you prefer to submit your complaint to BAPPEBTI, please follow these steps:

        Step 1: Create a complaint account

                     at pengaduan.bappebti.go.id.

        Step 2: Provide your personal information

        as required.

        Step 3: Upload your complaint along with

                     the following documents and

                     information:

                     i. Identification Document

                     ii. A clear and

                        comprehensive description

                        of your complaint

                     iii. Supporting evidence for your

                         complaint

                     iv. Valid Power of Attorney

                         with stamp (if applicable)
