Customers can trade major currencies and cross rates online, following the trading hours of the world's major money markets (Tokyo, London, and New York). The online service can be accessed 24 hours on weekdays.

PT. Genesis Gemilang Futures provides gold trading services with a diverse range of products. XAU/USD is a gold product whose price movement refers to the London Loco physical market. In Indonesia, this product is traded through the Bursa Berjangka Jakarta (BBJ).

- Customers who submit complaints by coming directly to the office, we are ready to help and explain the customer complaint procedures as regulated in the Company's Standard Operating procedures.
- Customers can also submit complaints via email: pengaduan@genesis.co.id
- The procedure for complaints is carried out by registration / registration at link: pengaduan.bappebti.go.id
- The Customer is required to create a complaint account first by filling in personal data and information.
- When uploading a complaint registration, the customer is required to prepare at least documents.:
- Self-identity.
- Clear description of the complaint.
- Proof of Customer Transfer.
- Valid power of attorney with a stamp (if authorized)
